The International Affairs Commission was held in Madrid, Spain, on 3rd and 4th March. It included a visit and presentation of the "Colegio de Guardias Jóvenes" (Academy of Guardia Civil) in Valdemoro, where French Gendarmes (NCOs) are trained alongside their Spanish counterparts (see below the pictures).
The Human Ressources Commission was held in Constanta, Romania, from 26th until 29th November 2019.
